From the beginning, the company's goal has been to offer its clients quality, up-to-date specialty skills required in pipe and steel fabrication. Welding is no exception. BP&S's capabilities cover the complete range of welding services, performed on carbon steel and all grades of alloys. BP&S has an on-site radiographic facility and employs a level III inspector to compliment our quality assurance program and to insure only the highest caliber of welds.

The BP&S facility encompasses a 12.75-acre site in Freeport, Texas, about 50 miles south of Houston. The complex has one main fabrication shop with over 30,300 square feet of space under one roof. In addition, there are three satellite shops to perform various functions including pipe bending, tube welding, and specialty fabrication, as well as having on-site facilities for painting, chemical cleaning, refractory installation, and heat treating. In order in to help our customer’s job schedule requirements, BP&S constructed a modern 1500 square foot CNC Machining facility. Having 5 axis machining capability allows BP&S to machine unique forgings that are ready to weld or install into the customer’s project, all at the same location.
